Day 01 :-
Gangotri Darshan
06:00 AM : Departure Sahastradhara Helipad, Dehradun (By Helicopter)
06:40 AM : Arrival at Harsil Helipad, Gangotr
Gangotri TempleOur representative will take you to the state government helipad on Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun from where we will fly for Harsil Helipad (Gangotri). You are advised to leave your hotel early and remain energetic throughout this devotional Chardham yatra.
After reaching to Harsil Helipad, our handlers will take you to the nearby best hotel. After a delicious Breakfast, you’ll leave for Gangotri temple VIP darshan in Cab which is 20 kms away from the hotel. Tune yourself to the high altitude and enjoy the picturesque paradise on earth. “The most beautiful valleys in Uttarakhand, called the mini Switzerland”. After VIP darshan at Gangotri Dham, you’ll leave for Kharsali Helipad.
Yamunotri Darshan

09:40 AM : Arrival Kharsali Helipad, Yamunotri
Upon arrival at Kharsali Helipad, you are welcomed by our handlers; they will unload your baggage and take you to Hotel at Kharsali and after Refreshment they will provide you Palki/Pony for Yamunotri Darshan which is around 6 km trek. Enjoy your palki ride with the glory of nature!
After darshan you will take back to Hotel at Kharsali and Night halt at Yamnotri Cottage or Same hotel.
Day 02 :
Kedarnath Darshan
09:40 AM : Departure from Kharsali Helipad, Yamunotri (By Helicopter)
10:15 AM : Arrival Kedarnath Helipad
Welcome to the mountain of amalgam of spirituality. Natural peace, religious zest and snowcapped peaks of Kedarnath dham will enchant your heart and making it most heritage site among all Chardham.
You will arrive at Sersi helipad from Yamunotri, after changing the chopper you will fly for KEDARNATH which is 10 minutes flying from Sersi Helipad.
As you reach the Kedarnath, you will witness the beauty of changing colours in the sky. Our handlers shall take you for VIP darshan at Kedarnath. Feel the serenity of surroundings and prayers of devotees at an elevation of 11,755 ft.
You will return to Sersi Helipad and Lunch, you will Fly to Badrinath which is 35 minutes flying from here.
Badrinath Darshan
02:30 PM : Departure Kedarnath Helipad (By Helicopter)
03:05 PM : Arrival Badrinath Helipad
On the Second day of your Chardham package itinerary, you’ll be heading to Badrinath and on the way you’ll see the deep valleys and majestic view of lofty Himalayas.
Upon arrival at Badrinath helipad, our handlers will take you to temple for VIP darshan Now, gear up yourself for the Sakshat darshan of bhagwan Narayan at Badrinath temple and get the blessings from lord Vishnu. You will fly from Badrinath Helipad to Sahastradhara Helipad (Dehradun).
04:00 PM : Departure Badrinath Helipad (By Helicopter)
05:00 PM : Arrival Dehradun Helipad

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES & POLICIES
• Guests have to MANDATORILY submit their correct weights at the time of booking. If any change in weight found at the time of their travel, from the submitted weights, which may lead to exceeding of our aircraft weight carrying capacity, guest(s) would be deboarded & cancelled for the heli-Yatra, without any refund.
• Overweight charges would be charged to guests who are above 80 kg weight. The reason for the same is that, we operate at very high-altitude terrain where the weight carrying capacity of the aircraft is only 450 kg. Hence, due to overweight passengers, we lose seats in our Chardham flights. Overweight charges are applicable at INR 1,000/kg, for the total weight above 80 kg/pax
• When planning your tour, we strongly advise the guests to keep one additional day at hand at Dehradun, over & above the 2N3D period, so that they do not end up in problem in case the weather gets very bad after the commencement of Yatra, which may lead to extension of their tour.
• In case flight is getting delayed due to NOTAM / delayed clearances/bad weather etc… We shall convey to the guests in advance.
• The ETA/ETD timings mentioned in our itinerary are not final. Timings may differ on your date of travel, depending up on weather & other Force Majeure reasons.
• AADHAR & PAN Card copies are to be shared mandatorily by all Indians & passport is required in case of foreign nationals.
• Waiting time at Sersi & Kedarnath helipad would be approximately 30 minutes to 02 hours.
• Mentioned flight shall depend upon weather/wind/fog/visibility conditions and flight schedules are subject to change/divert due to weather conditions, flight safety and operation restrictions.
• Network connectivity at Harsil & Badrinath ji is very poor. BSNL & Jio are the main telecom service providers, that work in these regions at times. It is most likely, that guests would be cut-off from the outside world during their time there. However, our crew shall be with the guests for any assistance required at both the Dhams.
• Guests would not be allowed to carry their suitcases/luggage in the aircraft. Duffle bags would be provided by our crew on the day of arrival, in which guests will be allowed to carry up to 05 kg of luggage during the tour.
• All temples in Chardham sector are located at a high altitude & guests are advised to carry their own medication with them during travel. Guests are also advised to carry heavy woolen clothing with them, since during evenings & nights the temperature drops drastically.
